Welcome to September and a much-needed deep breath from the heat of August!

While my month has been filled with beauty and exploration, I have also felt the pull of old ways of being whispering to me to fully heal.

When I was 13, and probably before that, I decided that being in a body was not safe for me. I chose to vacate the body and didn’t feel at home in my body for a long time.

With the roaring of Lion’s Gate energy, to the call of the rare blue full moon, Spirit has been beckoning me back to my body in a much deeper way.
