You Really Are Intuitive✨

As I sit with my cat’s head on my arm, his eyes looking up at me lovingly, I can’t help but feel the ease with which messages fly between the two of us. Sometimes we think messages from Spirit are so far beyond us, that we miss the naturally intuitive gifts we were born with.

I invite you to take a deep breath, breathe down into your roots, hold your breath, and bring awareness to your crown. Gentle breathing can connect you naturally to a calm nervous system, relaxing the muscles even in the face that we tighten to get through the day. As you breathe, you naturally open your intuitive gifts and bring them into your body, which is just waiting for you to connect. The breath and body are naturally intuitive.

As you calm the nervous system, close your eyes and listen, feel, and tap into the sensations and feelings inside of you. Hearing the still small voice and how Spirit speaks to us is also a primary way to tap in and receive. Listen for the whispers that gently make their way to different parts of your body and open your heart. You are a gifted intuitive.

Bring a small journal and walk into nature. Your walk can be in your neighborhood or deep into the forest. Breathe and walk SLOWLY. My dog slows down in the summer. Way down. He teaches me to take slow steps and smell the trees, listen to the birds, and stare at the clouds that make messages for us in the sky. Restore your intuition by connecting to the wild, even in the city. Pay attention to the wildness around you and the natural way the air, trees, and even ladybugs speak to you. How do you feel when you walk outside, or work in the garden? That feeling is intuition. It’s your natural ability to tap into flow and grace.

As the Summer Solstice approaches, I encourage you to retreat from the busyness of your mind and sit outdoors and read a book. Return to the wilderness of intuition inside and around you. Slow down for a while. Breathe. Walk slowly as the days get hotter. Listen to a birds wings flap in the wind as it passes you. It’s breathtaking.

Enjoy your intuitive ways. You are so beautiful. You are so gifted. You are so intuitive.

“When I am among the trees,

especially the willows and the honey locust,

equally the beech, the oaks and the pines,

they give off such hints of gladness.

I would almost say that they save me, and daily.

I am so distant from the hope of myself,

in which I have goodness, and discernment,

and never hurry through the world

but walk slowly, and bow often.

Around me the trees stir in their leaves

and call out, ”Stay awhile.”

The light flows from their branches.

And they call again, ”It’s simple,” they say,

”and you too have come

into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled

with light, and to shine.”
