Unlock the Power of Your Intuition This Fall
Dear Friends,
When will you embrace that you are different?
For many, including my clients and myself, we’ve struggled with feeling too different or sensitive, often hiding parts of ourselves for years, perhaps even lifetimes.
But what if your sensitivity is your superpower?
As we transition through the energies of September and approach the fall equinox, this is a powerful invitation from deep within your body and soul to fully accept, love, and step into your true self by honoring your intuition. Intuition may be our greatest gift, and those who have been judged or ostracized—whether as children or adults—often possess heightened sensitivity because they are deeply intuitive. Once we accept our uniqueness, our intuition strengthens, allowing us to manifest, grow, and flourish in ways that enhance our relationships, work, and even physical healing.
As we near the fall equinox, I invite you to sit under the full moon and offer your superpower—your intuition—to the Earth. You might create an altar with flowers, stones, or anything that feels beautiful to you. Take this time to pray, write, and ask Spirit how you can honor your unique qualities as we step into the fall season.
Stay tuned for the energies of October and the Healing Circle on October 8. September is about embracing your intuition, but in October, we will fully step into our intuitive powers. As the veil thins, our ancestors and loved ones draw closer, and trusting ourselves and our intuition becomes crucial. These are the tools that will allow us to live on this Earth with more lightness, joy, and freedom.
Join me and beautiful, sacred sisters in community on Oct 8, 2024 at the Healing Circle to explore the energy of the month and the sacredness of this marriage of body, soul, and Spirit.
Sending Love,
Below is a poem that I love and captures the essence of fall energy. Many thanks to Archaeology for the Woman’s Soul for excavating this gem!
“I am making a home inside myself.
A shelter of kindness where everything is forgiven, everything allowed—a quiet patch of sunlight to stretch out without hurry, where all that has been banished and buried is welcomed, spoken, listened to—released.
A fiercely friendly place I can claim as my very own.
I am throwing arms open to the whole of myself—especially the fearful, fault-finding, falling apart, unfinished parts, knowing every seed and weed, every drop of rain, has made the soil richer.
I will light a candle, pour a hot cup of tea, gather around the warmth of my own blazing fire. I will howl if I want to, knowing this flame can burn through any perceived problem, any prescribed perfectionism, any lying limitation, every heavy thing.
I am making a home inside myself where grace blooms in grand and glorious abundance, a shelter of kindness that grows all the truest things.”
