Rise from the Ashes
When you hear the term, “Like a Phoenix Rising from that Ashes”, what do you imagine?
For me, this imagery is a powerful correlation to anxiety and fear. In Greek Mythology, the Phoenix rising refers to the bird that regenerates itself over and over again. The great bird coming from the flames knows how to defeat the hard times. It represents transformation, strength, and renewal. Something born from something that has been destroyed.
What would it feel like to rise from the ashes of anxiety and fear? Freedom from anxiety is a true gift. For me, it’s been an invitation to dive deeper into my pre-covid anxieties, and why they presented themselves in the first place.
Everyone handles these fears differently – some in my family have been completely crippled by fear, while others stand up with strength and say, “bring it on”.
Are you ready to rise from the ashes of your shutdown?
Committing to a practice of giving, serving, loving, and healing will help you too, rise from the ashes.
You were born whole and the task of being human is to reclaim who you are. No matter what your lineage says, or what your inner voice says, nothing can have the power over you to prevent you from being whole again.
We need to go back in time, to meet our little person. We have to have a conversation with that fragmented person and let them tell us why they feel so distraught. This will give the root anxiety a voice, and a place to begin. If we can heal the root anxiety then our bodies will no longer use the ongoing anxiety to prevent us from being our whole soul.
Piece back those soul fragments and remember how beautiful you truly are.
