Alberto Villoldo, one of my mentors, wrote a wonderful book, “Grow a New Body”. When I think of that title, it makes me feel infinite and expansive. But when I use the word aging, it feels like a story long ago that my grandma, of blessed memory, told me. She said, “We live, we eat, sleep, work, and then we die and go into the ground.
